These are pretty good. Pill size is kinda large, but the package is good quality. The ingredients offer a potent effect. They haven't made me jittery or effected my nervous system negatively. Good energy and stimulated my metabolism well.
I like the idea of time released formula and there is no sugar/sucrose... Perhaps i should use 1 pill not 2...
