I have decided to try the sulphoraphane supplement on advice of Dr Rhonda Patrick. sulphoraphane helps to detoxify various toxins, such as plastics, polyamides etc. it is contained in high concentration in broccoli sprouts, but when I don’t have time to make the sprouts, I take the supplement and it is great. It doesn’t cause any gastrointestinal issues for me. I like this product

They are a little bit smelly when you open the bottle but I think that’s a good sign of their potency. I take 2 a day to stretch out the time before purchasing again.

Great quality product from a brand that I trust. I take this for general health and protective effects, not any immediate symptoms or improvements. As something I take based on anticipate preventive medicine, it seems good, but hard to tell for sure. I recently switched to a popular alternative that is much cheaper.

I haven't really felt much difference after starting this but I also understand supplements are meant as additional support and thus might take longer to feel and/or see results. I trust this brand and believe in their quality so will continue taking until the bottle is done to see if there are any noticeable results.

no issues with this product although also didn't notice much difference when taking it. technically bolsters glutathione levels. easy to take and apparently good quality.
