I use 5-HTP sometimes at night to help me sleep. I like this brand because I can keep it beside the bed and just chew one or two tablets without having to get up and get water! They are very pleasant-tasting, too.
Had never consumed 5-HTP in Chewables, it's practical cause you take it with you at any given moment. The taste is good, but not so good...
