I absolutely love Yogi teas! They're all fantastic, so just find the one with the perfect ingredients or purpose for you. This one is non-caffeine, so perfect for an afternoon cup or a bedtime tea routine. The taste is super pleasant with no synthetic flavours or fragrances. If you're like me and love a big mug of tea, I'd suggest using two tea bags because one might be too weak. Enjoy!

I do love all Yogi tea tea-bags. This one was very relaxing especially when you drink it before sleep, I like that it’s caffeine free. This blend has Ashwaganda root, sage, lavender and other ingredients that help with releasing stress. The quotes that come in the tea bag is so nice, they have improved them and they finally make sense. Great quality, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys drinking herbal teas.
