Item came in a nice resealable bag that's easy to use. The size for this was surprisingly pretty big, and will probably last me for a long time. There's no expiry date listed on the packaging, but I reckon they will keep for a while because of the packaging. Taste-wise, definitely love how flavourful they are compared to sesame seeds. Quality of these seeds are amazing, and definitely something I will look into repurchasing.

I also use this for warning off germs bacteria and regulating my blood sugar even though I’m not diabetic I think it’s still important to keep that balance. I also use this to protect my liver, which is so important!

We mix in yogurt or sour cream and let sit overnight to "soften" up and it works well as mixed or adding other dried fruit to it for a delightful dessert.
