Vitamin D3, 50 mcg (2,000 IU), 250 Softgels

My physician told me I was deficient in Vitamin D & advised me to buy D3 in 2,000 I.U. & start taking daily. Nature Made has always been a reputable brand, so that’s what I bought. My next blood tests showed the needed improvement. She told me to keep taking the kind I was taking because it’s working…and so I am. I have proof that my body is absorbing it. I can’t do better than that!

I like Nature Made brand. I used to take 5000 IU of vitamin D3. Then I became slightly constipated. So I changed to 2000 IU and no more problem. I had blood test for vitamin D3 and the result was 39. My Dr said it was ok.
