Took it for a heel injury that gave pain even after months and couldn’t be healed. Did all kind of treatments, machines, massages and nothing worked. Took 2 consecutive bottle of this and felt such a difference, amazing! All those wasted money on machines and therapeutic massages for nothing when a few capsules worked wonders!! Excellent product! high quality glucosamine together high absorption. Have felt a benefit and improvement in joint health and have a lot less pain. I love this product. If you have not taken it before, a week after taking it, you will see its positive effect on your joints. I forgot to order it a couple of times, so I went without it for about 3 weeks. Wow, my joints really noticed the difference. However, after the second day of taking it, I felt OK again. Since it's part of my daily supplements, I do need only 1/2 of the recommended dosage. It's the only turmeric that works for me.

I have digestion issues so prefer liquid products. However I dislike liquid tumeric. The Gaia brand solved my problem with liquid capsules. The potency level appears to be quite high so it is great for inflammation and joint pain. Highly recommended!
