I really like this supplement, it has 50 mcg, which is a more reasonable amount for me. I am vegan and eat a healthy well rounded diet but want to make sure I cover my bases. Other supplements are significantly higher (often 200 mcg). The only downside is that I find them annoying to swallow. They are quite thick and so I actually crush it and mix with juice. That works well for me although a slight aftertaste can linger. Overall I am satisfied!
