I have been on a veeeeeery strict diet and needed to find some things that still tasted yummy and fulfilling but didn't have extra calories. Alfredo sauce isn't something I would have expected to find. Note that the consistency is not similar to typical Alfredo - this is a lot thinner, but the flavor is there. For my diet I was replacing pasta noodles with very thin sliced cabbage, boiled to a nice tenderness, and then I would throw some spoonfuls of this on it and mix it together with my chicken and it was like being able to enjoy a nice big plate of chicken Alfredo without all the carbs and calories. The size is good, considering the thinness stretches. That one little jar covered about 5 of my "cabbage Alfredo" nights. Iherb packaged this very well for transport, I received it quickly, and this is one that I'm keeping handy even after my official diet ends.

Taste is decent enough, its quality brand so its a good trade off for less calories.

I didn’t expect this Alfredo sauce to taste so good for zero calories! It’s really creamy and has just the right amount of flavor. Didn’t think a zero-calorie Alfredo could taste this good, but this one does. Super creamy and makes pasta night way healthier without missing out on flavor. I tried it on veggies too and it works great! My wife uses this in her chicken alfredo and the result is delicious. We use multiple Walden Farms product in our household.

This one didn’t hit the mark for me. The texture is watery and the flavor just doesn’t resemble real Alfredo. I appreciate the effort, but I won’t repurchase.

Comparably, real Alfredo is probably worth the calories. But if you really need to skimp, this is passable in very small amounts. Added some flavour to baked cauliflower.
