It's 100mg and still I don't get relief as fast as I did with the ones from Trader Joe's. I take it with vitamin E because otherwise COQ10 is ineffective. All COQ10 should have soy-free vitamin E inside the gel cap. I won't buy this one again but it was on 80% sale when I got it. I need something more effective. Maybe I'll go back to Trader Joes brand.

I don't have a problem per say that is why I choose a low dosage one. However the benefits of taking CoQ10 even a low dosage can improve your overall health. I've been taking this product for several months now and although I can't tell any internal effects, I have noticed that my gums and teeth seem to be healthier. I've had many dental problems over the years and don't seem to be having as many now. Even my dentist commented on how healthy my gums looked the last time I saw him. That was good news for sure! :)
Of course, it is worth trying, thanks iherb for the opportunity. Sadly, I can't tell more, because my man I guess do not have heart issues (and he consumed these capsules), so we can't evaluate the product's effectiveness. I just hope, that these are indeed better in a whole, because of much more mg than other brands with 30, 50 mg have.
I have since purchased this in other brands. I used to give 10mg caps to my cats food who lived to be 18 yrs old when he was supposed to die at age 14. I take it an so did my husband but he is on BP meds so not sure about him taking this now. Good for me to take.
I use this product all the time - a strong and good antioxidant. I will buy again.

A great little sampler of a good CoQ10. Non-GMO and has no nasty fillers. Good price but I think you get what you pay for and you need to take double the amount to feel more energy. Paradise Herbs CoQ10 has one that if you take 2-3 per day give you energy plus I love this one but I usually like to take Ubiquinol form and brands I like are ReserveAge Nutrition and Dr Mercola now has it with added D-limonene which is a plus, they are pricy but you see more benefits I feel. iHerb provides me with good customer service and once again with reasonable DHL delivery costs along with a reasonable delivery time frame, not as fast as before but still good. GST is not fair though so stops me making large orders,Thank you.
