Since I don't eat as much fruit and vegitables as I should I have been taking Nature Way Fruits and Vegetables for some time and my checkups have all been very good. I'm 83 and would recommend Nature Way supplement if you don't eat enough of Fruit or Vegitables in your daily diet.

I have been using the Juice Plus capsules and they are fantastic. However, they are prohibitively expensive. This is a good supplement for those for a much better price.
It seems to be of good quality. I put 4 stars because it will need some time to check the effect since they are fruits and not some adaptogenic herb or pure vitamin(s) that act almost instantly. I eat less fruit nowadays so I wanted to benefit from some easy to take fruits (capsules). The capsules don't taste and they have an aroma of real fruits.
