Great value!
I take a maintenance dose of AHCC daily on an empty stomach and have experienced wonderful benefits! AHCC has anti-viral and anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as helps to support the immune system and liver health. I wanted to try this complex because of the great price point and the other added ingredients. I think this would be great if you're feeling under the weather and want the extra immune support, otherwise I would stick with just pure AHCC. Definitely will repurchase closer to fall/winter!

I love this
I had a positive experience with the Quality of Life mushroom AHCC supplement. The potential immune boosting properties of mushroom extracts like AHCC are indeed fascinating, and they have been the subject of various studies. It's always encouraging when products meet expectations, from packaging to ingredients, capsule size to ease of use.

Great product reasonable price compared to other brands. Got it with other supplements to boost my immunity. Good supplement to one’s diet with many benefits. Good size package.

good quality
I've tried multiple AHCC supplements from this brand that need to be taken on an empty stomach, and I've never had an issue - except for this one. Every time I take it, it makes me feel like vomiting, which hasn't happened with any of their other products.

Effective Supplement
I have been taking this supplement for about a month, and my overall health has been good. Depending on how much water you drink when taking the supplement, there might be an aftertaste. I don't get the aftertaste when I consume the supplement with a full meal and plenty of water or tea.
