I found Monolauren last year looking for a natural supplement to take to help in the fight against c-19. Thank goodness havent had to use it for that, but have found that it really shortened up a bad head cold (that tested neg for covid) and when used for canker sore. As any other supplement, results may vary from body to body, in my case two pills together at night helped me get rid of a cold and a sore throat that was lasting more than two weeks, maybe it is just me, but for the price and the nonexisting side effects it is worth the try

My family have been taking them too to help protect me, as they have public facing jobs where they can’t always wear N95s. Monolaurin is a great supplement for keeping viruses, bacteria at bay. Coconut oil has lauric acid which upon ingestion coverts into monolaurin in our bodies but since I don’t like to consume virgin coconut oil because it makes me nauseous, I take this for viruses and bacteria infections. It helps to stay healthy. I would recommend to start with one pill and then build up from there. It is quite strong and might cause die off reactions of bacteria and fungi.
