I'm strong believer in the immune power of grapefruit seed extract.. I've used this friend over the years and it has helped short and colds that had got. I use it together with echinacea and Ester c for additional effectiveness. It helps dry up sinuses sooner as well, I've found. it is also regularly on sale so it is also thrifty to get. Not too many companies market this nutrient, I notice.
