GABA, 100 mg, 100 MicroLingual® Instant Dissolve Tablets

Due to recently stopping supply of melatonin to Australia because the Australian government want to regulate the supply by only Australian companies where 30 tablets of 1mg melatonin cost $36.00au, this was recommended as a substitute, well it is not, it doesn't do anything at all. Not even close to the calming effect of melatonin no effect at all. Sadly I now have to source it elsewhere from companies who will still supply to Australia. It is perfectly legal to import if you are doing it for personal use, this ban is ridiculous.

These tiny tablets are a lifesaver when I feel a wave of stress or anxiety coming on. I just let one dissolve under my tongue, and I feel a sense of calm within minutes without any drowsiness. They're so convenient to carry with me for on-the-go relief, discreet enough to use even at my desk. This is the fastest-acting and most effective GABA I've tried for managing daily tension.

It's the only Sublingual Gaba I was able to find. At first I didn't think these worked. But once I began taking 4 or 5, I felt the effects shortly after. Very handy to have at home even if you don't need it everyday. The quality is good. Pills are small in size and dissolve quickly. They taste a tad sweet, not powerful flavor.

This supplement is more mild in its dosage relative to other GABA supplements but it’s still effective. I notice a difference in my sleep when I take this vs when I don’t. It’s absorbed quite easily under the tongue making it more absorbable than some of the other GABA supplements out there. Its dosage is also on the safer side. Hope this helps.

I love GABA, I usually take it in 500 mg. I wanted to try this as something to take during the night if I wake up and struggle to get back to sleep. I noticed two things, the dose doesn't seem to be high enough for me, and the ingredients make me thirsty, I think because it's sublingual. The main reason i chose this product is because of how easy it is to consume. It's small and melts in the mouth so there is no swallowing involved, i know some people don't tolerate much of that. Gaba itself is very good of course, for me it works the best before bed, helps with falling asleep quickly

These sublingual tablets are fast absorbing and I feel like they are effective in creating a calming effect. I've tried taking 2 at night to help with insomnia and it's had some effect in helping with relaxation.

I love this Gaba supplement. It takes effect right away because it melts in your mouth when you take it. I take this for sleep.

I use it for my children. The taste of this gaba supplement is not bad at all, my children take it with ease. I tasted it and will also start with it.
