This tea has such an amazing taste, the quality is top notch! The packaging is good but once you open the canister, take care as there’s no plastic bag just the tea and it does overflow out! It’s definitely my favourite brand for roasted green tea. Will buy again

I like it, the taste is specific because of the roast and I haven't had trouble sleeping when having it in the evening.
I use this for my lattes and I often mix it with some hot chocolate powder and milk or cream and it tastes just like a dessert. I’ve also used it for baking where I extracted the taste in water and used it in cakes before. It adds a very nutty flavour when paired with chocolate or sugar.
I have had a lot of trouble finding a green tea that I enjoy. They roasting really mellows the astringent flavor of many green teas and it actually tastes a little like coffee but without the heavy caffeine load. I love that I can enjoy a cup in the afternoon and still enjoy a good night’s sleep.
Especially if ur a matcha lover, you would love houjicha as a change from the usual. It’s also less caffeinated tea compared to matcha and comes in good size packaging. It tastes a bit nutty and chocolate notes.
