Occasionally, I have a digestive issue but this marshmallow really fixes it up quickly. I just take one. And I have started taking one in the evening after dinner, with a glass of water. It takes time to heal a condition and usually some other changes in your life too. So yeah, I think I will order again. I think it's a good product that might take months to show cumulative effects. Not sure yet. I love that it's organic and that it comes in a glass bottle. I will repurchase and give it another go since I'm still on my 1st bottle and have not been consistent with it. I'll try it before breakfast, on empty stomach. Glad iHerb carries this, thanks guys!

Great digestive aid. Wild Harvest produces above average freeze dried herbs. They're always fresh and potent! I take the recommended dosage with 16- 32oz of WATER! I always take these with lots of WATER (the oz depends on my level of hydration).

These are easy to swallow. I usually just take one capsule rather than the two recommended. There is a slight aftertaste as it's digested in the stomach, but it's not offensive. Seems to help with my digestion.
