I love these! I'm not able to take prescribed diuretics but I very much need them. These are a great substitute. Great size, and they have no after taste. I thought the dosage would be too much,, and I'd feel dehydrated, shakey and crampy, but the ingredients seem to replace what you would lose on Dr given diuretics.
