The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
I do not know the result yet because I just can’t know. but it’s not giving me any kind of discomfort when i swallow the pills
