I take once a day in the morning together with Maca and Tongkat Ali, so you can imagine how fresh and energized I will be. It's really awesome especially when we have accumulated and combined effect together. The only thing I avoid is taking continuously. Every bottle I take, i will be taking 3-4 months break until next time. That is how I could enhance my energy level and combination effect. Hope you can tune your maximum energy.
