ProFema™, 120 Tablets

This vitamin was recommended by my doctor many years ago and I continue to use faithfully. I have recommended to many friends and family members. The most immediate benefit we have all experienced is a boost in energy. Most of us do not feel the need for additional daily supplements which is a big plus for us.

This stuff works! It's four tablets a day and I have found that it works better if spread out over the day vs. all at one time or even two at a time. It took a little getting used to having to take one pill four times a day but once I got into a routine, it was easy. It's worth it. Really helps relieve hot flashes!

I tried most products for menopause, including black cohosh, red clover, and maca variations, but this is the only one that effectively helped to address both hot flashes and heart palpitations.

I've been taking ProFema for nearly 20 years and believe it's the most complete and balanced women's multivitamin out there. I was loving this supplement and my doctor looked at the ingredient list and told me it was a great variety of the quality vitamins, minerals, etc a woman suffering perimenopause symptoms would need. It helped those symptoms but my joints were achey all the time. I didn’t attribute my aches to the supplement.I ran out and didn’t reorder due to it just slipping my mind. About a month later, I read that the particular type of vitamin B6 that is used in most supplements causes a hey joints in a good number of people. This supplement uses that type and when I thought about it, I noticed that my achey joints had improved since stopping it. If this company switched to the other kind of b6, I would absolutely go back to it.

I love this product. My orders are always right. It is wonderful to be able to get relief from hot flashes and all the miserable things that menapause has challenged me with over the last few years. I also really feel that the price is very reasonable for comparison to other products out there that are a lot higher in price. I have tried many products before I found this one. I stand honestly that this one does work with taking four a day. There are lots of good herbs in this product along with a variety of added minerals and vitamins. For so many women out there that are struggling like I did before I found Profema give this a try for your self and then post a honest reveiw. This was a great help for a while during a tough menopausal patch. I really appreciate the complexity of this formula with a good all round nutritional support as well as hormone-specific herbs.

I’ve taken these for 25+ years. I had trouble getting them for about 3 months and changed products. My body changed completely! I couldn’t sleep, I ached everywhere, etc. My Dr confirmed that if it was working for me, these changes could easily come from the switch! I found them again and I’m back to normal. These vitamins provide for me what my body needs! Won’t be without them as long as they stay around!!❤️

These ingredients are top-quality and definitely help my symptoms of peri-menopause. During this time of life I need different supplements and taking this daily has made such a difference for me. I only take 3 pills (instead of the 4 recommended), simply because of the amount of energy they give me and I sleep better when I take 3.

Quality good and had ingredients I was looking for, size is good, but pricey to maintain. Use is several times a day, which is good if you are diligent in taking it.
