Wonderful product. This is a much better version of vitamin C unlike Ascorbic Acid (synthetic C), that I used to take, although it did the trick (relief tissue pain) it was not good to take in a long run. I now take this product along with of another brand vitamin C in its pure form and I love it. Highly recommend it. Check my profile for more information on what I have found to be helpful.
I've been taking Paradise Herbs' Amla capsules for a few weeks now, and I'm pleasantly surprised by this supplement. The 60 vegetarian capsules are easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I've noticed benefits in my digestive health and improvement in my immunity. Definitely a staple in my wellness regimen.
There's not a lot of information about Amla but is definitely one of the best form of vitamin C you can get. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Recommended
I like this Amla because it is actual Vitamin C. I haven't finished this bottle yet but I already feeling benefits. The capsules are teeny tiny size with no taste and easy to swallow.

Made from the extract of the Amla fruit, it provides a natural alternative that provides 20 times more vitamin c than the average ascorbic acid. It’s also said that Amla aids in weight loss and the maintenance of diabetes. Daily intake can provide vital nutrients our body needs. Quality product!
I liked this product and am not sure why I didn't reorder. But I would recommend it as it is a good way to get Vitamin C from a food product. I prefer to get my vitamins from natural food sources. Paradise Herbs is a great brand as well.
Limiting carbohydrate intake is essential, but we can also benefit from herbs.
