I took this and Doctor's Best Serrapeptase together (they work synergystically). There's a much higher dose in Pure Synergy's Enzyme Power, so I don't take Doctor's Best Serrapeptase anymore. Nevertheless its a good supplement. Note: no matter what company you buy Serrapeptase from they all get it from the same supplier.

I took this product because it is recommended for general anti-inflammatory actions. I can't say that i noticed a lot of difference, but I also didn't try it long enough. You are supposed to try something around 3 months to tell if it really works. It is probably worth trying. I did some research on it and it has some promising results.
