I love the taste. The pure ingredients without added sugar and palm oil and harmful seed oil content in it are what I have been looking for.. Many of the store bought products are so unhealthy and harm health .I am so glad to find iherb, and I already recommended so many people to find healthy products from the website. Lovely stuff. Quality is probably the best I have tasted. No bad stevia aftertaste. You need to experiment with how many drops you need for sweetening. Obviously it depends on what quantity of food you are adding it to. The greater the quantity, the more drops you may require. I like to add it to fat free yoghurt, around 350 g, I'll add 10 - 12 drops. It's entirely up to you how much sweetening you want, start with a low amount and gradually build it up to find your sweet spot. I will continue to buy this as I can use it for my unflavoured whey protein shakes as well. I can't comment on what it tastes like in baking however.
No aftertaste. And adds a beautiful coconut flavour to dishes. This is great for when I’ve omitted or reduced coconut milk from dishes to reduce fat, this allows me to still have that coconut flavour in there.
This is a great healthy alternative to sweetened syrup. It has a strong flavor, so you only need few drops. Adding too much can make it bitter and overpower the taste.
