this is the most amazing product not only does it calm the brain down it also tones the nervous system and you notice this through the muscles if they are tensed up in many cases it tries to relax them but you will notice at the beginning major tension. I came to this product after hearing lion's mane has polypeptides and so does this product. Lion's mane is an interesting product to try for anxiety but this is by far the best for many things than just anxiety.

This is our go-to product when we need to lift our mood. Stabilium is a very calming product and reduces any anxiety that we may have. I mainly like that it is essentially a food...not a drug. It does have a short up-load period...don't expect instant results. The directions are clear & accurate and we felt result halfway through the upload period. After the initial 14days, it's easy to keep levels up with 1 daily or every other day.

I first purchased these elsewhere - cheaper on iherb - but still an expensive product. However, they really help with anxiety and I guess mood swings (why I wanted them in the first place) - I didn't realise how much time I was spending tense and worried until i took these - they are a soothing calming pill - rather than a happy pill! What is good, is that you don't have to take them every day...but worth following dosage instructions in the beginning.

I use as part of a supplement program program recommended by a nutritionalist specialising in helping people get through cancer. For me this is used to help steady emotions, and balance moods, mixed with other key supplements it all helps.

difficult to say, after only one box, 4 tablets a day at the beginning makes that one piece is not enough.

I’ll need more time to have a clear idea about this product I just took it for a doctor that had recommended but definitely need more boxes to see any difference… the quality & ingredients seems good
