Quality of the supplement is wonderful . Ingredient is very nice. The size is fine for me. The dosage is individual. Benefit was for me that I started feeling less cravings towards sweets. Feel comfortable after meals. The taste is strawberry or other berry-fruity. I started feeling much more comfortable in my nutrition routine.

The product quality is good. But I almost see no difference in my food cravings and appetite. I took it for 2 months, probably the product needs more time to see the difference.
