I bought it for my mom. She is 70. She has been taking it for two years. This take long time to take effect. Has to be patient when taking it. I herb is cheaper than others I saw in Hong Kong shop. Her eyes r less easy to get dry and more moisture and she also said it get tired less easily. And she can read more novels. With better eyes. So definitely recommend people who often has to read. Or watch tv to start taking it
