The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service the packaging was good and delivered on time. This seems to be very effective for IBS-D flare-ups. Like some other users commented, it may take more than one capsule per meal to achieve the full benefit. When I'm experiencing a flare-up I take two with each meal, three times a day, and it really helps to slow trips to the bathroom and almost stops the diarrhea completely. My stomach feels much calmer (and quieter) when I use Digestive Advantage Intensive Bowel Support.

I've been having these for a couple of months (plus s. Boulardii, diet and herbs -last ones separated from probiotics) for sulfide SIBO. It was hard and my body kind of collapsed any time I tried to reintroduce fibers (2 infections, first bacterial and last fungal). Finally I stopped dieting (I lost too much wheight and decided to get a microbiota exam) and, avoiding the worst triggers, the majority of foods settle much better 🥹.
