I was looking for a calcium and magnesium supplement and wanted a powder to avoid pills. I trust NOW Foods for pure ingredients without all the extra junk, and this product is exactly that-no fillers at all. The only downside is it has additional Vit D. Usually i buy a multivitamin which uncludes already most important stuff, but magnesium and calcium need a higher amount so i supplement those seperately.

Mixes easily via spoon or shaking with liquid. Quality seems good and I appreciate that it has no extra ingredients. You may want to combine with a flavored drink, but personally I don't mind it with plain water. Will very likely buy again.

Magnesium citrate is a known light laxative, so keep care when you use it, but for me it also helps softing the stool as i currently have issues with my stomache.
