Amazing product for my high histamine issues…it’s like I no longer have issues after I eat anything high in histamine. I don’t always take it beforehand, but it still works if I take it afterwards. I take anywhere from 1-3 softgels. I highly recommend it

I take Perilla Oil because my bodies digestive process and my overall system cannot tolerate the processing that is required to make fish oil supplements.
