Great tasting, high quality all organic, hexane free coconut oil. You can’t beat that and to get 2 lbs for $25 or under is great. I make green tea from pure leaves(you don’t want to use teabags because of micro and nano plastics in them like everything else these days) toss in a scoop of sugar in the raw, shilajit, and a pinch of Celtic sea salt and you have yourself a nutrient packed cup of tea. And you get EGCG(epigallocatechingallate) from the green tea!! Ingredients are just one like it should be and it comes in a great size for the price…
