Delisiousness! My kids absolutely love them! I got the huge pack of 200 to share it between my 3 kids. I would prefer it to be wholefood based though but i didn't seem to find any that would taste good and my kids would appreciate. Trustful brand is what's most important when you go for a sinthetic vitamins. And the fact that vit A comes in a form of beta carotene, and there are vital minerals present. So yea great stuff! My daughter is 11 and she has been taking this for ever. And loves them. Shes been tak8ng them for more then 5 years every day 4 of them at bfast time. I see her healthy and i believe theydo agreat job. I tried to switch them few months back but when i researcg the vitamin dos3s etc this were the best b3tter then clean er 'x vitamins'x God bless you nordic

They balance good flavor, decent nutritional value, and a relatively clean ingredient list. For our household, they hit the right notes. Four gummies a day ends up being quite a bit of sugar. For us, it’s okay as part of a balanced diet, but if you’re trying to strictly limit sugars, this might be a concern. If sugar intake is something you’re monitoring, or if your child is super picky, it may take a bit of adjustment, but I'd recommend them. We’ll probably keep using them. Size wise it's ok.
