Weight Management Keto Friendly Thermogenic Energy A Dietary Supplement Steroid Free Kosher - Contains Gelatin Non-GMO Halal GMP Quality Assured Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They're more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. MCTs are readily absorbed from the GI tract and are metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are reported to encourage the use of fat for energy rather than for storage. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT oil for other fats in healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition.

This mct oil is great for people who have dementia type symptoms, it works as a fuel for brain, it has memory enhancing benefits. Capsules have no taste, they are normal size, easy to use as a part of your daily diet. Packaging is great size for shipping overseas, i usually by more than one, overall great quality product.
The size of the capsule is large, however that does not affect me. The quality of the mct oil is worth every penny! I tried taking the actual mct oil and would get nauseous. The fact that It is in pill form is easier for me to take it. I really like the convenience of this mct oil!
This is my helper. The easiest way for me to get good energy without a heavy meat. It supports my diet and brings visible benefits. Size of capsules is pretty big for me, but with cup of water it’s fine.
This MCT is for me! It’s a wonderful addition to a balanced and healthy diet!
This is a great supliment to compliment keto diet. It has some benefits in weight management and appetite control, it can improve brain function and athletic/ fitness performance, digestive health and skin health. It aids in ketosis, potentially reduces belly fat, and supports gut health by promoting beneficial bacteria. Capsules do not have any taste.
natural ingredient, good quality, safety packaging, no taste, for immunity
High quality MCT Oil. I would prefer a slightly bigger softgels with more MCT oil in it but it is still one of the best ones.
I bought this product for an energy boost and to support my fitness routine because I was dealing with severe fatigue and an almost inhuman appetite. I can’t really give an objective review, since my weakness and appetite turned out to be side effects of my antidepressants. Considering the ingredients and potential benefits, it wouldn’t be fair to leave a negative review. My opinion is based on personal experience, not an objective assessment, but overall I think it’s a reasonable supplement.
I take this in the morning with my coffee before I0 workout. I noticed the increase of energy. I've been using mct oil now for 21 days and its increased my fitness goals and my metabolism. There is no taste but they are big in size. The bottle package is large.
