It's only my second bottle, but I already see the great benefit. I have been suffering from itchy rash for 5 years which my allergist and I could not identify. Reishi is one of my favorite adaptogenic mushrooms and this one is great quality and a good size for the price! Reishi is really calming and a must-have! It’s a pill so it just has a slight herbal taste when you take it with water, and I find pill form is the easiest to take long-term and consistently! Will definitely buy again!
