Sometimes I realize how well Sunny Mood works when I do not take it... and I am reminded that it really does help lift my mood. No side effects, just a gentle lift in my day. For me, it works best to take consistently, 3 capsules a day in the morning.
This are great for anxiety and depression I think but they do seem to booster my stomach a little which is not the case that I had hoped for. Perhaps I need to change the formulation. They are button but might be better for you? Low in grain I believe

Very good composition. But ... need to take a higher dosage than recommended by the manufacturer.
