After having tried quite a few Adobo seasonings this is definitely one of the better if not best that we've had. A great part in the manufacturing of this delicious ingredient is the salt content is not high, just right and it cooks really nicely whereas some others tend to have a bitter taste after hitting the oven. Thanks for another high quality seasoning. The size is fine because it fits within our seasoning cabinet shelf and we use it frequently in many recipe's with fish to meat and vegetables. It's a very convenient mix of seasoning especially on a Keto diet lifestyle. I've included a couple of photos of our latest creations of Monster size stuffed artichokes with adobo mince meat and stuffing. Absolutely delicious! This brand is our family’s favorite & I only buy it here in iHerb. If you want a really tasty ( well done) chicken buy this Adobo seasoning. It’s also great for red meats & fish. When making soups I sprinkle it in t while it’s boiling ALONG other Simply Organic herbs like Cilantro, Oregano, Parsley , Onion & Garlic powder. The glass container makes it a plus!
