Recommend by my doctor for bouts of constipation. The bottle instructs you to take 2 pills, I took 4 and 14 hours later my entire colon was cleaning itself out (which is a good thing). These pills won't make you have an accident, you will definitely be able to make it to the bathroom .Several times before it's done with you. Works great once you figure out proper dosage for you. Also, if you are super constipated you need to take at least 2 the first day. After that adjust to one or two per day. I like these because I take NSAIDS regular which cause constipation. Taking one per morning keeps me regular without diarrhea.
