I’ve been taking Natural Factors GrapeSeedRich® Grape Seed Extract daily in hopes it might help with my psoriasis, but unfortunately I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin condition. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the product seems well-made and high-quality, with no unpleasant aftertaste or side effects. It may still provide general antioxidant support, but in terms of helping my psoriasis, it didn’t make an impact.
