me and my husband took it for a month. And we both didn't felt much difference. We were very excited to receive it, but it seems not so helpful. We wanted it will influence hair and skin. It didn't make something bad, but also not something that changes for good. Maybe we needed to try it for more months... I don't know...
Good that it is made without fillers but not sure of the effect, but Ligustrum fruit may help darken hairs and promote hair growth. Fo ti extract may make liver disease worst and amla berry aka Indian gooseberry may increase the risk of bleeding in surgery. I have been using Vital Treasures for several years. This is the one supplement that I never miss taking. The most significant benefit that I have seen is with my fingernails. Before I was taking this, they were constantly breaking and peeling, and that stopped almost immediately. The capsule size is small and easy to swallow and because it’s a capsule there is no taste to be concerned about. I have continue taking this daily for several years and I find the quality of the ingredients is consistent and the one a day dosage is very convenient.
really great product and feel my hair is alot fuller and thicker after using it, who knows might be placebo but i feel it made a difference and would use again, as half the price of items i have used in the past.
Heard alot of good things about these ingredients. This brand has good quality supplement. You can taste the supplement but i like it cuz in ayurveda part of the healing comes from tasting the medecine
As I just started with it I’m happy with it so far but it needs 3 months time minimum to see effect, as someone who studied Chinese medicine I’m always cautious as not always each herbs fit every body, always check with your therapist if suitable for you
