Goldenseal, Supports Immunity, 400 mg, 50 Veg Caps

Appears to be a very potent herb that is helping me deal with conditions related to candida overgrowth and dysbiosis due to the overuse of antibiotics(in latin means "-anti" "life"). I don't recommend just one herb when fighting these condition, try rotating Kyolic Aged Garlic, Peppermint, and NSE Grapefruit Seed Extract. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a potent herb that smells as powerful as it works!

Goldenseal is amazing for the immune system and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It should be taken when sick, but also can be taken when not sick. However, breaks should be given with goldenseal....2 weeks on & weeks off. This is a very high quality brand with no fillers. Goldenseal is always pricey though & I try to get it on sale.

I always take this if I get congestion. Don't overdo it, one at a time is enough. It will dry out your sinuses pretty quickly.
