i chose this one upon many others for excellent ingredients list and great price. it does have minty and little weird smell but my teen boy takes it after lunch without any problems. i noticed that he can sleep better and mood has improved a little bit. no aftertase or nausea.

This was at first an impulse buy I made for my son at a health food store in my local area. I like that the label said upfront that it was designed for teenagers & enhancing their energy. I thought what the heck because it was reasonably priced and give it a try. Right away, his energy levels climbed and were sustained on a daily basis. We, my husband & I, would notice that when he wouldn't use them for the day, his energy was low to low average & would increase upon taking them again so we've been buying them online from iherb since then. I also like as a mom that he is taking vitamins that are formulated for memory & concentration/focus; equal 3 servings of fruit/veggies. Bottom line, I'd recommend these to anybody.
