Old Fashioned Shampoo Bar, Coconut & Argan Oil, 3.5 oz (99 g)

It is great as hand soap, but not as shampoo. Unfortunately if you have thin hair, it will leave hair greasy. (even I usually wash my scalp twice). Ended up with custom shampoo, what finally works on me. This one is good to use as body soap or hand soap, but as its very small it will go very quick.:)

Bar soap takes some getting used to but so far I’m loving it. My hair feels clean and soft. Haven’t tried bar conditioner yet so that’s next but you definitely need a light conditioner after the shampoo. Smells great without the heavy perfume of other shampoos. And iherb ships fast!

I love this soap bar and use it to replace my shower gel and shampoo. It's simple and gets the job done. The only thing I dislike, are the sharp edges which fall off after the second or third shower. I've bought and used all formulations and love them all equally.

The size is tiny bar though but seems good amount if you keep it dry after use it , it’s well packaged and the scent is not strong which is kind of good , and the quality seems fine. Will use it and see the results.

I really like this shampoo bar because it is made with natural ingredients and feels very gentle on my hair and scalp. I like the ingredients that was a quality indicator for me, however this product wasn't a match for me. I like that is plastic free and natural ingredients based, however it irritates my eyes. After every wash I had red eyes and very unpleasant itching feeling. I didn't like it felt on my hair after washing either, it dries the hair too much. Even though it is a plastic free product, for me it's a one time go, there are much better options for this product type.

Love how eco friendly this is. No plastic at all. Takes little getting used to when using. Didn’t smell particularly nice but it cleaned my scalp well so it’s good.

my favorite shampoo brand, quality good as always. scent is subtle. love that it has argan oil, believed to be good for hair, particularly as a moisturizer due to its oleic and linoleic acid content. lathers well, composition of various good oils for the hair (olive, coconut, castor and argan) all in one bar. size is just right even for smaller palms to handle. for a guy like me, with short hair, bar lasts many months, almost half a year, with daily use. good value.

I switched to this shampoo bar a few months ago because I wanted a lower‑waste, simpler haircare option, and it’s been a mixed but overall positive experience. My scalp definitely feels calmer and less itchy, and I like that the packaging is minimal and plastic‑free. The bar lathers nicely and I found I can stretch wash days a bit longer. On the downside: during the first few washes my hair felt a bit strange—almost waxy or caught in the styling process—especially since I have medium‑length hair and hard water in my area.
