These raw pumpkin seeds are absolutely delicious. I love to snack on them to get some added protein to my diet before meals and I’m trying to help my sugar levels. I will be purchasing more in the future and just an FYI, you do have to refrigerate this package after opening serving size is great. I’m not the type they can eat a whole bunch of pumpkin seeds so this is a good size for me personally. And if you’ve never had pumpkin seeds, it’s an acquired taste because it is totally different than sunflower seeds or anything else you’ve had I guess, but I like the taste and I love the fact that these are not salted .

The package is unsafe. I don’t like how they pack my parcel. They only put one tape and that’s it. VERY BAD PACKAGING. iHerb next time pack our parcel properly. The ingredients are good because it’s organic. The taste is good when you combine the seeds with granola oats. My recipe for this add nonfat yogurt, oats, nonfat milk, flaxseed powder, chia seeds and some dried fruits. This is good for diet. The size is big and worth for the price. The benefits are amazing.
