After incorporating Life Extension's Phosphatidylserine capsules into my routine for a few weeks, I noticed a subtle yet noticeable improvement in cognitive function. I don't get drowsy with this as some mentioned. I purchased this to help regulate cortisol. I take two right before bed. It is hard to know in what way they are working but I will continue to take at least this bottle and note whether they seem to improve regulation of cortisol for me.

I've used a number of products to help with mental acuity but found this one works best. To get the best results, I'll take 3 - 4 at a time. I have taken Acetyl-L-Carnitine (another supplement with nootropic properties) and Bacopa to see if they made a difference, and they do. I generally only take them when I really need to be dialed-in and sharp.
