I’ve been taking Phosphatidyl Serine, 400 mg, 120 Capsules for a few weeks now, and I can definitely notice the benefits. My mental clarity and focus have improved, and I feel more alert throughout the day. It’s especially helpful when I need to concentrate for long hours or manage stress.
This is really strong supplement and you might feel over excitement as a side effect. Try to take only one capsule a day for a week and only if it feels ok take two a day.

It is a very good product and the price is very affordable. From scientific research the dosage you need to take 3 pills per day, size is not so small so fi you have a problem with big caps maybe could be a problem but the product is a very great one and, compare with prices on the market is one of the best deal one can afford! Benefit are clearly states by research and has no taste. Ingredient are ok and there is anything bad inside. Very very good quality product and strongly suggested.
If you go through rough patches in life or need something that helps take the edge off, you should give PSP a try. Although I would say even half a dose is pretty effective, and the full 400 mg dose may sedate you a bit too much. Trial and error!

I am trying vitamin c mega dose and i found 500mg dosage and size quite convenient as I prefer to spread it throughout the day as it is supposed to be of greater benefit than taking a higher dosage one or two times a day. It is a good quality product at a very reasonable price.
