didnt use this type for years . Recently tried it again, what a difference, superpump came bavk agian. But use double the dose before the gym, as a pre workout

Pre-workout is ideal, but any time is good if you ask me to have it benefit your fitness goals! I liked the neutral option with the flexibility to add it anytime. No worry about some flavor I don't like. EFX provides quality, but I don't like this creatine in their purple capsules and why I recommend this one - clean and neutral. Incredible product. I've been taking creatine for a long time with no real effect other than upset stomach. With the EFX kre-alkalyn I finally see benefits without any annoying side effects.
