My cousin recommend this for me as an intra-workout.. It absolutely works! A single scoop gives me the energy to keep pushing through my sessions, tastes brilliant, and it didn't cause me the crash that most carbohydrates do. I also started taking it post-workout and I can tell it helped me massively in muscle recovery.. It does seem to absorb as intended and replenish glycogen. I deduct 1 star for artificial coloring and sucralose as I do take ingredients into consideration.. but the high reviews that I saw are justified and I've read so many compliments about its effectiveness, which it is!
