A great carbohydrate powder.. It's effective to keep pushing you during workouts.. and effective for post-workout recovery (replenishes glycogen stores).. and doesn't cause the typical spikes most simple carbohydrates do.. I just didn't like this one as the orange flavor.. Still, a fine taste though!.. Also a star deducted for artificial coloring and sucralose.. It'll remain a good variety option for me.
