Sports, L-Carnitine Liquid, Tropical Punch, 16 fl oz (473 ml)

This liquid L-Carnitine is part of my morning routine now. The taste is surprisingly good like a mild tropical punch without any weird aftertaste. I love the quality and clean ingredient profile, with no artificial colors or sugar. The serving size is easy to measure, and the composition supports my workouts and overall energy. It fits well with my high-protein diet, and I take it daily (frequency) before cardio. The package is sturdy and pours cleanly.

I’ve been using L-Carnitine as a supplement to support my workouts and energy levels. It helps with fat metabolism and gives a slight boost in endurance during cardio sessions. While the effects aren’t dramatic, I do feel more energized and recover a bit faster. It’s a good addition to a healthy diet and regular exercise, but not a miracle solution on its own.

I like the taste a lot. My friend says, it instantly improves the mood. I am taking it for sports.

Your products have made a significant positive impact on my overall well-being. I also appreciate the secure and reliable packaging. Thanks again, iHerb!

This version has a sweet taste with a tropical punch flavor that’s easy to enjoy. The quality and ingredients are consistent with NOW Foods’ high standards. The package design makes measuring the dosage simple. I’ve noticed a strong effect on workout endurance and metabolism. There’s no unpleasant smell, and it mixes well with smoothies. A fun, flavorful way to support energy and fitness goals.

Alright, so it's been about a month since I started using this NOW Foods Liquid L-Carnitine in the Tropical Punch flavor. My main reason for picking the liquid version was simple: I'm just over swallowing huge capsules, and I figured liquid would absorb faster. On my first try, the taste was surprisingly good! I was half-expecting a weird, medicine-like flavor, but it genuinely tastes like a fresh tropical syrup—it's sweet but also has a nice tangy kick. It makes it super easy to take daily without feeling like it's a chore. Just a quick tablespoon before hitting the gym, and I'm good to go. Now, let's talk about the effects after using it consistently for a month. The biggest difference I've noticed is in my stamina and how much I sweat during my workouts, especially cardio sessions. I feel like I can last longer on the treadmill without getting gassed out as quickly, and my weight training feels more energetic. I'm also sweating way more than usual, which, mentally at least, makes me feel like my body is burning fat more efficiently. But don't get me wrong, this isn't a magic potion. You only really feel the benefits when you pair it with a clean diet and a solid workout routine. Overall, after a month, I can confidently say this product is worth it. For anyone looking for an L-Carnitine supplement to boost their energy during exercise and support their fat-loss journey, this is a fantastic choice, especially if you dislike taking pills. The liquid form and pleasant taste are major pluses that make it stand out. I'll definitely be buying another bottle once this one runs out. Highly recommended!
