I am 62 yo and I got it as an additional supplement while using statins ( talk to your doctor) It is a good size soft gel, not difficult to swallow Ingredients are good, nothing that can bother me. Packed in a dark glass bottle which is good to preserve the soft gels from straight light. Don’t taste or smell bad. The con is only 30 soft gels ( 1 month supply) think a little pricey! Anyway recommend as the dosage is good!

it was recommended by my nutritionist, it apparently gives energy to mitochondria, also in the eggs. i cannot say whether it works but the capsules are small and overall I feel quite energetic with these pills.
